3. Return Process
To initiate a return, kindly follow these steps:

Complete the Return Request Form, providing your order details, product information, and the reason for the return.
Attach clear images of the product and its packaging, if required.
Approval & Return Instructions
Our support team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours.
Upon approval, you will receive detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure the product is safely returned.
Product Inspection & Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received, it will undergo inspection to confirm compliance with our return eligibility criteria.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Orders canceled before shipment (within 12 hours of purchase).
Non-Refundable Scenarios

5. Replacements & Exchanges
